Thick Hair Removal
Unfortunately, thick hair removal is significantly more difficult than thin hair removal. With thin hair you can use lotions and creams to remove your hair. There are some prescription hair removal creams and some other very powerful creams out on the market that can thin your thick hair over time. However, your most effective treatment is either going to be electrolysis or laser hair removal. You should definitely try hair removal cream before paying to get electrolysis or laser hair removal because it is much less expensive and it may very well work for your skin type.
Removing thick hair with a razor never seemed to work well for me. Shaving an ultra hairy chest with a razor ends up leaving a massive amount of razor burn and ends up with multiple cuts. Also, the hair just seems to grow back thicker after using a razor. For many parts of your body with ultra thick hair, you should avoid using a razor if at all possible. At a minimum use shaving cream.
You will have better luck with hair removal cream than with shaving at least in terms of intervals between applying. You have to shave every day for thick hair whereas you only need to apply hair removal cream every couple of weeks if you have the right skin type and apply it properly. Just remember to follow the directions exactly for best results.
Your number one choice here is going to be laser treatments. They will be a bit more expensive, but are totally worth the cost. You can permanently remove hair in some situations and at a minimum reduce hair growth and thickness. This is your best solution for thick hair because of how hard it is to get rid of. If it is too expensive you either can live with the thick hair or try the hair removal cream. It is worth pricing out hair removal cream and laser treatments however as you might find that they actually are within your price range.
